Chúng tôi xin giới thiệu danh sách những vi sinh vật gây bệnh cho người thông qua thực phẩm. Đây là danh sách do tổ chức Dịch vụ Y tế công cộng của Mỹ đưa ra dựa trên tính nguy hiểm của bệnh và/hoặc số lượng người tiêu dùng mắc phải.

This bacterium produces a toxin that causes vomiting shortly after ingesting; Sources: cooked foods high in protein (e.g. cooked ham, salads, bakery products, dairy products)
